Can't sleep -- characters will eat me
Yeah, I'm definitely at that point in the book where the boys have pretty much taken over and I'm just trailing along, frantically trying to capture what they're doing before I have to collapse for a couple of hours. Of course, I now have to write a scene pretty much straight out of CSI: Victorian Oxford, and I'm just too damn tired to make it work.
I am also having way too much fun making artwork and LJ icons for the book during my lunch breaks. I already have a Nanowrimo 09 icon for my LJ, but since my subconscious seems to be focused on James McAvoy as a young Dodgson I've also been doing humorous icons with J&J and tag lines like, "One writes Gothic tales -- the other stutters. A lot. They fight crime!" or "Before Morse and Lewis, Oxford had another crimefighting team..."
