Helix #8 is live!
Yes, your favorite edgy online SF zine, now with that fresh new Hugo Nominee smell, is back for another quarter with some marvelously twisted stuff from A.M. Dellamonica, Cliff Dunbar, Sara Genge, Robert T. Jeschonek, Ann Leckie, Robert Reed and George S. Walker.
This quarter also features poets Mike Allen and Ian Watson, Bruce Boston, Edward Morris, Marge Simon and Rachel Swirsky, plus Bud Webster's "Past Masters", John Barnes' "The Well-Bitten Hand" and the usual gems of editorial wisdom from William Sanders and Lawrence Watt-Evans.
Go forth, read and donate to show your support!
The job interview?
Has been rescheduled for Thursday, as the hiring manager was not able to be in the office today. I found this out literally as I was driving out the apartment complex gate.
So I turned around, went home, hung up my interview suit, washed off all the makeup and went back to bed. Well, hey, it was 7:00 AM -- I don't get up at that hour unless I'm being paid to do so. It'll be rescheduled for sometime this week -- more on that as and when I know.
And finally, my new favorite video
Okay, the doll fetish suit is sorta creepy, but thanks to the tatted Gerard Butler clone I think I just ovulated.
