Well, that was a weekend devoted to minutiae
You ever have one of those weekends when you have something
planned out, and Fate decides that she needs a laugh and keeps thowing caltrops
in your way?
I have a writing project separate from the Novel_in_90 piece that I really, REALLY have to edit into shape before it can be submitted to the waiting editor. And every time, EVERY TIME I sat down to work on it this weekend, I got called away to do something else, usually online. The other things needed to be done, mind you, so I did achieve a certain amount of work this weekend -- it just wasn't the work I actually needed to do.
I swear to Cthulhu, come hell or high water tomorrow, I am coming home and doing a huge chunk of that editing, if it means shutting off this computer and locking myself away from the cats for the evening.
