No, I'm not going backwards

However, I did remove a huge horking chunk of text I'd forgotten was sitting at the end of the MS from one of the earlier drafts, which essentially turned into antiwords and drove down the total word count. I wrote about 1,782 new words, and with luck and a good tail wind I may be wrapping this puppy up tomorrow.
And it feels weird, to be honest. Especially in the evenings,
when I'm sitting there thinking, "Shouldn't I be feeling guilty because
I'm not writing? I mean, yeah, I did my K for the day, but where's the freefloating
guilt?"
Of course I feel freefloating guilt when I don't write. I never said I was normal.
Anyway, look for a notice later on today that I'm doing the traditional Moldavian Dance of Finishing the Manuscript Joy, and wish me luck!
