Yet more neti potness

Lyndon's home, and I regaled him with tales of sinus rinsing and how it's done wonders for my sleep. Since he tends to snore a lot, has bunged-up sinuses and occasionally wakes up choking from mucus flow in the middle of the night, he decided that he wanted to try this, too.

So I bought him his own SinuCleanse pot, showed him how to do it, and turned him loose. He agreed that it felt extremely weird and made his eyes sting a bit, but it opened his sinuses up a treat. I have no idea if he snored last night or not, because -- ta da -- I crashed around midnight and didn't get up until 9:30 AM this morning, bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. Oh, yeah, I love my neti pot.

Since I am feeling more than a little sprightly this morning, I'm going to attend to a number of tasks that have laid fallow while I've felt so crappy -- namely, getting an accordion folder from Staples to hold my monthly receipts, getting the car cleaned, then cleaning up THIS place, and writing up a storm. Oh, and hopefully this afternoon we're going to catch a matinee of SIN CITY (mainly because it should be less crowded than the evening shows, and I'd rather be home writing tonight anyway).

Mmmm -- Clive. . .

News Flash: Lyndon just reported that JJ threw up yet again. This time. . .in Lyndon's carry-on bag. Oh, dear, I really shouldn't be laughing. . .

And may I just say

I applaud God's good taste for letting Terri Schiavo die on March 31 and keeping the Pope alive at least until today (checks at 1:24 PM CST -- yep, he's still alive). I mean, dying on April Fool's Day -- that would've led to sooooooo many unnecessary jokes. . .
