A day of learning
Today, I learned
- That I can count to ten in Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Swedish, and Latin.
- That possessing a uterus apparently bestows mindreading capabilities.
- That one thing is not like the other, except when it is. (I'm having flashbacks to the HS physics teacher who once said, "Three hundred equals three hundred, but you don't know that").
- That the melatonin in my kitchen cabinet is expired, and I need to get some new stuff.
- That I really, really need a vacation.
Gah. Like I said, it's gonna be a long week. Tonight, however, I'm snuggling up with Prince Melatonin and hitting the hay early, because if I don't There Will Be Consequences.
