And that day went past in a blur
Whoo, doggies, but things are heating up on the documentation front. I love it when things get busy at work, because it makes the time just fly, and I feel needed and happy. Yes, load me down with work and I'll be your friend forever. I'm so weird.
That said, I'll be glad when Lyndon finds a job -- his unemployment just ran out, so we are now officially living on my salary, which 1) means I can't get sick because I'm the only one bringing in money and 2) is stressing me out to a certain degree, causing problems related to #1 (although some of that might go away if I can find out what the symptoms of a pinched nerve are).
Bah. I don't want to whine about it because it seems that whining is all I ever do these days. I want to talk about happy stuff, like how I got two checks this weekend for writing projects, and how I'm on the home stretch with the contract project, and how we are now the proud owners of a slightly ailing 1993 Jeep (Lyndon just got the title yesterday), to be used on a trade-in the moment he gets a job. Things aren't really all that dreadful, or at least they won't be until next month, when the money crunch really hits, and I suspect he'll be gainfully employed somewhere by then.
I just need to
figure out some way to relax and fix whatever's wrong with my back and neck.
Maybe yoga. . .
