Proof my honey loves me
Since he heard me screaming at my computer any number of times over the past few months while wrestling with the Contract Document from Hell, he came home this weekend. . .
. . .and bought me a copy of MS Office for OSX.
Awwwwwww. . . Geek love -- it's a good thing.
And it's a sweet set of apps, too. Now I just have to upgrade my Dreamweaver and Photoshop to OSX, and I'll never have to turn on System 9 again -- whee!
And tonight, we're having dinner at the Cheesecake Factory and seeing HELLBOY at the AMC Stonebriar Cinema. It's good to have a husband around the place again.
Slight change in plan
We both got so wrapped up in work that we didn't notice the time, and it was way too late to go to dinner AND see Hellboy too. So we plumped to do dinner tomorrow night and just see the movie tonight.
HELLBOY was a lot of fun -- the dialogue was great, Ron Perlman as usual was absolutely fabulous, and John Hurt was a hoot. The movie actually seemed too short, for once, and I wanted a little more, which is good. I'm really hoping this one starts a franchise.
And now, off to bed. G'night.
