Yes, the timekeeping apparatus is continuing to undergo a rigorous cleaning. I think part of the problme is that a prerequisite of this class was a rudimentary understanding of programming. Guess who wouldn't know anything about programming if it came up and bit her on the tuckus? I don't know how I missed this in the prospectus, but apparently I did, so I'm floundering amidst a sea of programming terms.

The weird thing is, some of it making sense. Even with zippedy- do-dah background in programming, a lot of this seems to be sinking in and processing. Which is nice -- I don't need to become a kick-ass Perl programmer (although I wouldn't object, should that be available), I just need to know how to tweak and adjust scripts for webpages.

But. But. If it's sinking in, maybe all I have to do is take it home, work on it, maybe pick up the programming means from textbooks and the beloved hubby, and I will be able to program from scratch. Yeah, I think I'd like that very much. But first, I have to get through this class without convincing the tutor that I'm an absolute idiot.
